This website is published by BALCK DIGITAL STUDIO (IP0632280-A) ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the site. They do not cover work we do for a client, which runs on its own signed agreement.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.
Everything here describing our work, services and approach is general information. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a promise of any particular result. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.
We keep the site accurate as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we may change or remove anything on it without notice.
The design, code, text and images on this site belong to us or to the clients we made them for, and are shown to demonstrate what we do. Please do not reproduce or republish them without asking.
Client names, logos and trade marks appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

An enquiry through this site starts a conversation, nothing more. A project only begins once we have both signed a written agreement setting out the scope, the fee, the timeline and who owns what at the end.
Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
