OSBR

The corporate site for OSBR, an AI startup in Malaysia and an affiliate of Oz Co. Ltd. in Tokyo and Sapporo. I work at OSBR full-time, so the site was built from the inside, with brief, copy and engineering moving together rather than in a handover.
The 3D object at the centre of the site was modelled in Blender through Blender MCP, which made it possible to describe, generate and iterate on the model without living in Blender’s UI. It is brought into the browser with Three.js, where it morphs from one shape to the next as you scroll.
OSBR is an AI company, so the site answers for itself. The chat is built on the OpenAI API, with the Realtime API for voice, and its knowledge base is fed by a custom Payload CMS plugin: publishing in the CMS updates what the assistant knows, so the marketing copy and the assistant never drift apart. The site runs in English and Japanese, and the CMS carries both locales, so a translation is a content change rather than a code change.
The site is deliberately heavy. Full-bleed imagery, a live 3D scene, and GSAP driving most of what moves, so optimisation turned out to be the hardest part of the build. The goal was never to cut the animation back until it was cheap, but to keep it smooth and still fun to move through.
That balance holds up in measurement. Despite the image and 3D weight, the site keeps a performance score of 80 and above most of the time.
